Up to 2014 the source of data on live birth and stillbirth was the document of the Ministry of the Health ”Notification of birth”. In 2015–2017 the source of medical data about live birth was document of the Ministry of the Health ”Birth certificate” and about stillbirth – hospital’s report (symbol MZ-29) containing general information, i.e. the number of stillbirths by birthweight and voivodship of delivery (location of the hospital). For the years 2015–2017, data presented on stillbirths by sex, urban and rural areas were estimated.</p>\n",
