      "uwagi": "<ol>\n\t<li>\n\t\tThe time of recording the number of transported passengers is the time of their check-in.</li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tThe number of passengers is determined by the number of tickets sold or issued free of charge on the basis of a contractual agreement: a single ticket for one direction - for one passenger; - a group ticket for one direction - for as many passengers as many times the number of persons for whom it was issued; - a single ticket for two-way passage (outward and return) - for two passengers; - a group ticket for two-way passage (outward and return) - for as many passengers as twice the number of persons for whom it was issued.</li>\n\t<li>\n\t\tThe number of passengers carried on cruises in ships placed at the disposal of the tour operator under the terms of the lease (charter) for the period specified in the lease agreement when no tickets are issued, shall be determined on the basis of the number of passenger seats on board, assuming by convention that the number of passengers carried equals the number of passenger seats on board.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>\n\tWhen passenger ships are chartered for non-transport purposes (e.g. for hydrological surveys, film shooting, etc.) the persons on board during the voyage shall not be counted as carriage of passengers.</p>\n",
